IXN Consult provides fractional CTO services: senior technology leadership, part-time, for organisations that need expert guidance but aren't ready for a full-time CTO, so every technology decision supports the business.
Our vCTO service gives you an experienced technology leader who understands your business, sets direction and provides long-term strategic oversight.
Because we’re practising software developers and architects, we can assess systems, vendors and proposals with first-hand knowledge. When you need delivery capacity, we can bring in IXN Build.

A senior technology leader who works with your organisation part-time, providing the strategy and oversight of a CTO without a full-time hire. vCTO, or virtual CTO, is another name for the same service.

A consultant typically delivers a defined project. A fractional CTO provides ongoing leadership: planning, decision support and oversight, with long-term accountability.
It depends on what you need. Our vCTO service is built around monthly strategic planning sessions, with technology decision support in between.
