easyHotel is a budget hotel chain whose vision is to offer affordable, comfortable, no-frills rooms in great locations across Europe.  We started by rebuilding the easyHotel website to offer an enhanced user experience designed to significantly increase site traffic and conversion rates.   We created a streamlined booking process, with convenient features such as a pricing comparison, predictive search and auto-complete fields, leading to a return on investment less than 6 months following launch of the website.

 

Following the success of the website, we were soon invited to offer more to easyHotel.

easyHotel Mobile App

We delivered a fully bespoke mobile application, enabling customers to undertake all of the activities they could do on the website, plus more.  Amongst other innovations we incorporated keyless room entry to enable customers access to their rooms from their mobile phones- no more lost keycards!

clubBedzzz

easyHotel’s mobile app integrates with

the company's membership scheme, clubBedzzz providing guests with access to all of clubBedzzz great savings offers available exclusively through the website and mobile app.

Continuous Improvement

Nothing stands still- particularly in the bustling world of hospitality.  We operated continuous maintenance and enhancement contracts with easyHotel, using agile techniques to ensure the delivered applications remain up to date.  What’s more, given the 24x7 nature of the business, technical support was also always available on a 24x7 basis.
