The Opportunity
Brunswick Real Estate is a leading real estate investment manager in the Nordics, with environmental and social sustainability central to its purpose. We worked alongside leading branding agency, SomeOne to help build a unique digital art tool for generating brand imagery.
What We Built
Working closely with SomeOne during the branding phase, we designed and built a bespoke AI-powered artwork generation tool tailored specifically to Brunswick’s visual identity. Using neural style transfer, the tool creates imagery in the precise colours, textures and style defined by the brand.
The system was designed for everyday use by Brunswick’s marketing and brand teams, enabling them to generate new brand assets quickly and confidently without external support. The underlying AI model is bespoke and proprietary to Brunswick, ensuring the technology remains owned, portable and future-proof.

How it Works
The tool was trained on a curated moodboard of reference images alongside original branding imagery created by SomeOne. In addition to this training, we introduced the ability to influence the tool’s use of specific colours, enabling data-controlled outputs that can respond to environmental factors.
Users can upload a source image, adjust the available settings, and are then presented with the generated output.
Data as Storytelling
To further embed sustainability into the brand, we built an additional interactive tool embedded on the home page of their website that transforms live local environmental data into painted scenes of people within the built environment. These visuals demonstrate how data, place and human activity shape our world, turning abstract sustainability metrics into tangible, human-centred stories.
New visuals can be generated at any time using current data and are used throughout Brunswick’s brand and digital channels.
Results
Brunswick gained more than a new brand expression — they gained a creative system. The AI tools empower internal teams, ensure long-term brand consistency, and position Brunswick at the intersection of sustainability, data and technology, with full ownership of the platform that brings it all to life.
