easyHotel engaged us to replace their existing off‑the‑shelf embedded booking engine with a high‑performing, bespoke ecommerce platform. The existing solution limited conversion, flexibility and control, and made it difficult to optimise the booking journey or support more advanced commercial strategies.

What We Built

We designed and built a fully bespoke, conversion‑optimised ecommerce website tailored to easyHotel’s business model and customer behaviour. This included a custom booking engine that unified three payment providers and five property management systems into a single, seamless checkout experience.

The platform was integrated with easyHotel’s CRM and included a bespoke membership system, allowing customers to create accounts and access discounted member‑only rates. Every part of the experience was designed to reduce friction, build trust and make booking fast and intuitive.

Over time, the platform was extended to include Android and iOS mobile apps, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality booking experience across all devices.
