A New Identity.

We worked with Coventry Building Society’s design partner, Someone, to help turn their vision for a new brand identity into the design of a new website that would clearly demonstrate Coventry’s commitment to its members and helping them improve the communities they live in.

Our strategists conducted in-depth discovery workshops with Coventry, addressing user journey issues and customer pain points. We also talked to many customers to enable us to gain a multi-dimensional perspective leading to the design of a dynamic new website that engages with its members and improves Coventry's position online.

Design.

The new website fully incorporates the branding vision originated by Someone, including  new branding, and both visual and verbal language, to reflect Coventry's strong community ties and a belief in doing better for its members. 

Discover.

Our technical expertise helped us transform Coventry's online experience, by introducing vibrant interactive product card “toolkits” into the new website,  allowing customers to explore all of Coventry's great savings offers and mortgages effortlessly to discover the right account for them.
